Terms & Conditions

1. Services

518 Elite Spaces provides garage cleaning, organization, painting, floor coatings, junk removal, and related residential and commercial improvement services (collectively, "Services"). Service scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon at the time of booking and may vary based on site conditions.

2. Payment Terms

A. Accepted Payment Methods

All services must be paid by cash or credit/debit card only. No checks, invoices with deferred payment, or alternative payment arrangements are accepted unless expressly agreed to in writing.

B. Deposit Requirement

A non-refundable deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total service price is due at the time of booking.
No service date is confirmed until the deposit has been received and processed.

C. Balance Due

The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of services, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Failure to remit final payment may result in additional charges, collection efforts, or suspension of future services.

3. No Refund / No Return Policy

All services provided by 518 Elite Spaces are subject to a strict NO REFUND and NO RETURN policy.

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling, or dissatisfaction.
Payments made for completed or partially completed services are final and non-refundable.
Due to the nature of labor-based and customized services, no returns, chargebacks, or reversals are permitted once work has commenced.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date.
All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee, regardless of notice period.
Rescheduling requests are subject to a $10 rescheduling fee.
Deposits are non-refundable and will not be applied to cancellation or rescheduling fees.
Failure to provide access to the service location may be treated as a same-day cancellation, and charges will apply.

5. Site Conditions & Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide safe, reasonable access to the work area
Remove personal or fragile items unless otherwise agreed
Disclose known hazards (electrical, structural, chemical, or environmental)

Additional charges may apply if site conditions differ materially from those disclosed at booking.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

518 Elite Spaces shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Normal wear, pre-existing damage, or undisclosed conditions are not the responsibility of the Company.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting 518 Elite Spaces to attempt resolution.

Unauthorized chargebacks may be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in recovery of fees, administrative costs, and collection expenses.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, text, images, and materials are the exclusive property of 518 Elite Spaces and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Kentucky.

10. Modifications to Terms

518 Elite Spaces reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
